For each worked CSR hour, Burohelp provides 10+ positive brand mentions across emails, web pages, all featuring your company's logo, name, website generating meaningful exposure for your brand.

Burohelp measures the quality of service and when positive we facilitate the posting of custom branded "thank you" messages on social media via the beneficiary personal social media account.

Each social media posting will include your company's name, social media handle and specific hashtags which once again leads to the exposure of your brand.

Burohelp provides CSR Reports & individual hour tracking. The CSR reports ensure transparency by logging every hour spent, including date, time, duration, location, work type, worker, performance review, and assisted individual references.

Pricing examples

To better understand how our pricing adapts to your university's usage let's look at two examples

Example 1

  • University A uses Burohelp for their social impact commitments.
  • University A has 300 employees and they registered 150 on Burohelp in January 2024.
  • In January, Burohelp delivered 40 CSR hours and University A paid only the subscription of 499 EUR + VAT.
  • In February, University A still has 10 hours prepaid from January (as only 40 out of 50 hours were used), so now it has 60 hours included (10 carried over + 50 new). Burohelp delivered 100 CSR hours in February, and University A paid 499 EUR + VAT (subscription) + 20 EUR + VAT x 40 additional hours = 1,299 EUR + VAT.
  • University B uses Burohelp for their social impact commitments.
  • University B has 500 employees and they registered 450 employees on Burohelp  in January 2024.
  • In January, Burohelp delivered 200 CSR hours and University B paid 499 EUR + VAT (subscription) + 10 EUR + VAT x 150 hours = 1,999 EUR + VAT
  • In February, Burohelp delivered 300 CSR hours and University B paid 499 EUR + VAT (subscription) + 10 EUR + VAT x 250 hours = 2,999 EUR + VAT.
