Missing appointments on Burohelp can result in several consequences for your organization. It can tarnish your brand image negatively and result in lost hours that cannot be reported in your company’s Social Footprint ESG Report. Reliability and commitment to scheduled appointments are our top priorities, ensuring a positive experience for both your employees and the person requesting help. Therefore, encouraging consistent attendance and honoring commitments among your employees is crucial for ongoing success and recognition on Burohelp.

Employees aren’t able to request extra time; only the individuals requesting help have that option. If an employee feels that the meeting will exceed the agreed hour, they should kindly notify the person they are helping. Subsequently, the individual can schedule another session, either immediately or for a different time and day.

The decision to continue working together rests solely with the individual requesting help. If they feel understood and trust your employee’s services, it’s likely they’ll request future help from them.

Yes, employees can communicate with the individuals requesting help 24 hours in advance of the in-person meeting. Our platform enables communication via chat, allowing employees to exchange messages and clarify details. Additionally, they can opt for video calling within the platform to have a virtual interaction and ensure comfort before the in-person meeting takes place.

We advise employees to communicate only via Burohelp messages and calls. They should not share any private contact information like phone numbers or email addresses. This is the only way Burohelp can protect private information and block undesired contact. Additionally, it ensures Burohelp can mediate any disputes regarding quality of service and behavior. If communication takes place outside of Burohelp, we cannot provide any mediation or protection.

If the person requesting help misbehaves during an online or in-person appointment, employees need to prioritize their safety. If they feel unsafe or threatened, they should terminate the session immediately. The incident should be reported to Burohelp’s support team with detailed information about the situation, including any inappropriate behavior or actions. If necessary, and in cases of serious misconduct, employees should consider involving law enforcement by reporting the incident to the police. Burohelp will take appropriate measures to investigate, support the employee, and ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Burohelp is committed to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and zero tolerance for discrimination. We have clear policies and practices in place to ensure that everyone, regardless of background, race, gender, religion, or any other characteristic, is treated with respect and fairness. We actively promote diversity by encouraging participation from individuals with varied backgrounds and perspectives within our community. Our platform prohibits any form of discrimination or harassment, and we investigate and take swift action on reported incidents to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.

Yes, Burohelp matches employees only with people in need of help within their community. We are committed to providing the maximum quality of service. Ensuring that the person requesting help lives in the same country as the employee is essential for effective assistance.
