Dear Reader,

I hope this message finds you well. Today, I want to share a personal story about the origins of Burohelp and why your support means so much to us.

As a child, my parents immigrated from the Dominican Republic to Aruba in 1976. In 1994, I moved to the Netherlands to further pursue my education. Although I was fortunate to know Dutch, navigating the bureaucratic system in a new environment was challenging. Being in a foreign land, everything from understanding the legalities to finding the right support felt overwhelming. Additionally, my background and ethnicity sometimes led to unique challenges, adding another layer of complexity to my journey.

These experiences planted the seed for Burohelp. I realized the immense need for a service that could guide people through the complexities of bureaucracy, especially for those who might feel out of place or marginalized due to language barriers and cultural differences. Burohelp was born from a desire to assist others in overcoming the hurdles that I once faced and periodically still face. The aspiration grew over time, developing into a concept that is meant to help everyone in need. Our mission is to activate the External Employee Engagement concept alongside the extensive internal employee engagement that companies already do, providing help to people free of charge, and enabling companies to give back to society.

Your support in following Burohelp is not just a click or a follow—it’s a powerful affirmation of our shared commitment to growth, professional development, and making a difference. It might seem like a small action, but as the saying goes, "A single drop of water is essential in an ocean." Every bit of support contributes to the larger goal of creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for all.

By following Burohelp, you’re not only staying connected with our mission but also showing your support for the work we are doing. These small actions strengthen our professional network and demonstrate our dedication to each other’s success. Your decision to follow Burohelp means a lot to me personally and to our collective endeavors.

Together, we can achieve more and make a positive impact. We encourage you to be that drop of water—essential and impactful in our ocean of efforts.

Thank you for considering this. Your support is truly appreciated.

Best regards,
Israel Martis
