How Burohelp connects non-profits with commercial & governmental organisations
Burohelp is free for employees & non-profits. Commercial & governmental organisations pay when they buy CSR hours from Burohelp. Burohelp pays 60% of that revenue directly to the non-profit where the employee volunteered with their CSR hours.
Non-profit organisations
What the non-profits really need?
We've spoken with hundreds of non-profits to understand how we can truly support their social missions. What we found is that non-profits need two essentials: dedicated supporting volunteers and money. Burohelp is here to provide both, working together to strengthen their impact every step of the way.
How?
Burohelp partners with commercial & governmental organisations to support their Corporate Social Responsibility goals by connecting their employees with volunteer opportunities at non-profits. For every hour an employee volunteers, the organisation contributes an hourly fee to Burohelp. From this fee, 60% goes directly to our non-profit partners to further their work. Burohelp handles everything—finding volunteers, tracking hours, and ensuring smooth financial support—so non-profits can focus on making a difference.
Commercial & governmental organisations
What do they need?
Comercial & governmental organisations have annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals, often dedicating at least 8 hours of employee time to support non-profits. However, they frequently face two challenges: finding meaningful volunteer opportunities with trusted non-profits and tracking volunteer hours accurately. Burohelp is here to make this easy.
How?
Non-profits register on Burohelp and post volunteer opportunities, specifying the skills needed. Employees then sign up with their work email, exploring roles that align with their skills, values, and schedules. Once a volunteer project is completed, Burohelp tracks the hours and updates the organisation CSR report. From individual employees to organisation-wide reports, Burohelp handles all the details—leaving everyone free to focus on making a positive impact.
